Marlow (KPR #2081) is an 11-year-old male pug who spent his entire life in a basement. His an elderly owner fell ill and could no longer care for him.
Since being in rescue, Marlow was neutered, and had a dental, which left him with only three teeth. Despite his rough start, Marlow is an energetic senior
looking to spend his golden years with a forever family.
Marlow gets along well with other dogs (he has three canine foster siblings). He loves people; he is often found following his foster mom around or looking for a
lap to lay his head in. He still enjoys a nice walk or romp in the grass, and he is working on his leash skills. He is also learning to play with toys.
His foster family is continuing to work on his potty manners, but he doesn’t mind wearing a belly band. He is crate trained and will go in for a treat or two
with no problems. Unlike many pugs, he could stand to gain a little weight. He has been eating soft food or moistened kibble will no issues. Marlow is a sweet
old soul who is looking for a home to call his own.
