Barney (#505) is one of the friendliest pugs his foster Mom has ever met. Barney is 13 years old, and is both blind and deaf.  Barney is otherwise healthy, but he does have trouble with crunchy food and does best with soft food.  He loves playing outside but also loves to come back inside to cool down on his favorite pillow.  Barney loves to lie in the recliner with you while you relax.  Please note that he can only walk on steps if he is guided.  He loves to give smooches with his little sideways tongue and walks well on a leash. He enjoys car rides and is great with children. Barney does extremely well with other dogs, however, because he cannot see other pets, he would have to be introduced very slowly as he is unable to defend himself.  He is potty trained, but he sometimes has accidents inside because he has trouble distinguishing whether he is inside or outside and he is elderly.  Won’t you give him the loving home he deserves?
