Dutchess [#1245] is
a 10 year old petite female pug. Dutchess spent
her entire life with her beloved owner, who
unfortunately had to relinquish her due to
health problems. Dutchess may have a gray
muzzle, but she has the energy to keep up with
younger dogs. She loves to play, is affectionate
and loves to give kisses! This playful girl
loves to play with toys and has been known on
occasion to throw her stuffed toy up in the air.
Dutchess has limited vision due to her dry eyes
and requires an eye ointment twice a day. She
walks well on a leash and can climb up stairs,
but does need some help climbing down. Dutchess
has lost control of her bladder and bowel but
does very well in doggie diapers, which can be
purchased just about anywhere. Dutchess is a
very resourceful dog – she prefers to nap on her
human’s robes or any piece of clothing she might
find hanging on a door knob. Any clothing left
on a door knob, could become a makeshift bed.
This sweet little girl is looking for just the
right home to pamper her and treat her like the
royalty she is.
